*Operational Definition of children with Cerebral Palsy attending the MDC:

 Improved: Better ambulation and hand manipulation since 1st visit; with improvement in basic communication skills and activities of daily living (ADL).

Not Improved: No improvement in ambulation and hand manipulation skills .

Deteriorate:: Decrease in gross motor (eg. ambulation) or fine motor (eg. manipulation) skills.

Not followed up yet: To be followed up at a later date.

Drop out: Not come for follow up within one year.

First 5 SBKs commenced from August 2009 ;

Second 5 SBKs commenced from September, 2010;

Third 5 SBKs commenced from February, 2014

 Improved: Improvement of oro-motor function (Better chewing, swallowing, less drooling). Better feeding position, food type and consistency. Increased Mother- Child interaction during meal times. Shorter meal times .
Not Improved: No achievement of in any feeding practices. Child's feeding problems remained as before.
Deteriorated: Feeding skills decreased from first follow up visit, like feeding position, food consistency, and mother-child interaction.
Not followed up yet: To be followed up at a future date.
Drop out: Not come for follow up within one year.

Deteriorated: Performance skills less than that of first visit
